Hi, my name is Todd Slatcher, QSC, GRI. I am a sales associate with RE/MAX Marquee Partners Realty. I specialize in residential, investment, and property management. On the residential side, I specialize in military relocations, first time home buyers, fixers, and luxury homes. On the investment side, my family owns several apartment buildings and a property management company which manages over 750 units here in the South Bay and another 700+ units out of state. I have also been involved with several other apartment building transactions, both in California and out of state.
My clients’ needs are my #1 priority. I am always open and honest, even if it may not be what you want to hear. Customer service is my priority. I return calls and emails in a timely manner. Keeping my clients up-to-date is one of my highest priorities. I am very tech savvy and do believe in using technology to its fullest.
About myself, I grew up in Delaware. I came to California in 1989 while I was in the U.S. Navy. Having spent 6 years in the Navy, I understand the rigors of our servicemen and women. After leaving the Navy I attended Mesa Community College in San Diego and then transferred to CalPoly, San Luis Obispo where I graduated with honors in Environmental Engineering. At CalPoly, I met my wife, Christie, who brought me to Redondo Beach.
My hobbies include most sports, investing, water skiing, scuba diving, and having friends over for dinner.
